IL boxes to be removed

Knobeloch Cache Belleville St. Clair has been removed by the owner

Binary in Belleville St. Clair county has been removed on 7/9/2...it was
clearly critter bait. Pretty much ripped to shredds.

Please remove these boxes from the Illinois page. Thanks
